Quarantine workflow
Receive → Inspect → Isolate (7–14 days) → Treat if needed → Clear to production
Inspection checklist
- Leaf undersides, new growth, stems
- Pot surface, root health, smell
- Check for webbing, honeydew, scale
- Record supplier, lot, and date
Do this: Create a quarantine bench/block and never skip it.
